These Terms of Service constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the customer) and NairoCloud. By creating an account or activating any NairoCloud service, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
You are fully responsible for all activity conducted under your NairoCloud account, including all content uploaded, services activated, and resources consumed. You must provide accurate account information and maintain the security of your login credentials.
Invoices are generated and emailed to your registered address 14 days before the due date. If payment is not received on the due date, reminder notices are sent. Services are automatically suspended 5 days after the payment due date. Accounts remaining unpaid for 30 days after suspension are subject to permanent termination and data purge.
You may cancel any NairoCloud service at any time directly through the customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No early termination penalties apply. Your data remains accessible through the portal until the end of the paid period.
NairoCloud makes no claim of ownership over any code, files, databases, application configurations, or intellectual property you deploy on our infrastructure. Everything you upload and build on our platform remains 100% your proprietary intellectual property at all times.
NairoCloud is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable regional privacy laws.
We honour your regional hosting choice. If you select our Dubai, UAE server nodes during checkout, your files, databases, and email accounts are physically stored and processed in our Dubai data centre exclusively. We do not transfer your hosted data across regional boundaries without your explicit consent.
We use trusted third-party vendors to deliver our platform, including payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, PayTabs, Tap), domain registries (OpenProvider), cloud infrastructure providers, and email delivery services. A full subprocessor directory is available on request from our compliance team.
This policy defines the boundaries of acceptable resource usage on NairoCloud shared, VPS, and dedicated server infrastructure. It applies to all accounts and is enforced to protect the performance and security of all customers on our network.
NairoCloud is committed to delivering enterprise-grade infrastructure reliability. Our SLA provides legally binding uptime guarantees with clearly defined compensation structures.
We guarantee 99.99% network and hypervisor hardware availability across all Cloud VPS, Dedicated Servers, and managed hosting platforms, measured on a rolling calendar month basis by independent external monitors.

Shared, WordPress, WooCommerce, and Reseller Hosting plans. Full hosting fee refunded within the first 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.
Domain registrations and renewals, SSL certificates, software licenses (cPanel, WHMCS, Plesk), VPS activation fees, and dedicated server deposits.
VPS and Dedicated Server orders are provisioned immediately; these plans are not eligible for the 30-day guarantee but are covered by our SLA credits.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
